Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the SignalEdge AI platform and services. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the SignalEdge AI platform, website, applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and H4StrategyLabs DOOEL, operating as SignalEdge AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to abide by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and you are encouraged to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Service

SignalEdge AI is a subscription-based platform that provides AI-generated trading signals and market analysis for informational and educational purposes only. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI-generated trading signals with suggested entry price, stop-loss level, and take-profit target
  • Confidence scores and risk/reward ratios for each signal
  • Real-time and historical market analysis across multiple asset classes
  • Performance dashboards displaying historical signal accuracy, win rates, and other metrics
  • Email notifications, push alerts, and in-dashboard signal delivery
  • Historical signal performance tracking and analytics

IMPORTANT: The Service is an informational tool only. SignalEdge AI does NOT:

  • Execute trades on behalf of users
  • Manage, hold, or have access to user funds or assets
  • Provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
  • Have access to your brokerage or exchange accounts
  • Act as a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or investment manager
  • Guarantee any specific trading outcomes or profits

Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to act on any signal, and for executing any trades through their own brokerage accounts independently of our Service.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your country or jurisdiction
  • Not reside in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited or restricted

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and keep it updated
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password)
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not share, transfer, or sell your account access to any third party
  • Not create multiple accounts for the same individual

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner that may cause harm to other users or the Service.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, and Elite), each with different features and pricing as described on our website. Note that only the Pro plan is currently available; Starter and Elite are planned for future release. Key payment terms:

Payment Processing:

  • All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized third-party payment provider and Merchant of Record
  • By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, tax calculation, and payment processing on our behalf
  • Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions and is responsible for payment-related compliance

Billing:

  • Each purchase is a one-time payment for one month of access to the Service
  • Your selected payment method will be charged the applicable fee at the time of purchase
  • There are no automatic renewals — you will never be charged again unless you manually make a new purchase
  • When your access period expires, you may purchase another month at any time

Pricing:

  • Current pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by region due to local tax requirements
  • Prices are subject to change with a minimum of 30 days' prior written notice via email
  • Any price changes will take effect on new purchases made after the notice period
  • Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added to the subscription price based on your location, as determined by Paddle

Failed Payments:

  • If a payment fails, we (via Paddle) may attempt to charge the payment method again
  • If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your access to the Service may be suspended
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and valid

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly described in our Refund Policy.

6. Access Period and Account Management

Each purchase grants you access to the Service for one month from the date of payment. Key details:

  • Your access begins immediately upon successful payment and lasts for 30 days
  • Since each purchase is a one-time payment, there is nothing to cancel — your access simply expires at the end of the 30-day period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within your access period
  • Your account data will be retained for 90 days after your access expires, after which it may be permanently deleted
  • You may purchase another month of access at any time

The information, signals, data, and analysis provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be interpreted as:

  • Financial advice or investment recommendations of any kind
  • A solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, or asset
  • Personalized investment guidance tailored to your individual circumstances
  • A guarantee or assurance of any specific trading outcome, return, or profit
  • Tax, legal, or accounting advice

8. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely and entirely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
  • You will not rely exclusively on our signals as the sole basis for any trading decision
  • You fully understand the risks associated with trading financial instruments
  • You will only trade with capital you can afford to lose
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction related to trading and investing

You agree NOT to:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share signal data, analysis, or any content from the Service without our prior written authorization
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the algorithms or models used by the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access the Service through your account

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, data, algorithms, models, signals, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and materials provided through the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of SignalEdge AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Specifically:

  • Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and all related intellectual property
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes during your active subscription
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service
  • Trademarks: "SignalEdge AI" and associated logos are trademarks of the Company. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent
  • User Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of signals, data, or analysis
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Warranties that any trading signal will result in profits or specific financial outcomes
  • Warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service

You acknowledge that market conditions, technical issues, data delays, and other factors may affect the accuracy and timeliness of signals. We do not guarantee that signals will be delivered without delay or that the information provided will always be current or accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • SignalEdge AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
  • This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, trading losses, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses
  • This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory
  • This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignalEdge AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of or access to the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your trading or investment decisions made in connection with the Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content or data you provide through the Service

13. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or enhance the Service features at any time
  • Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons
  • Discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service with reasonable notice
  • Limit the availability of the Service in certain jurisdictions

We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical issues, or modifications to the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable policies
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Redistribution or unauthorized sharing of signal data
  • Any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, may harm other users or the Service

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account data after 90 days
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property, and Disclaimer of Warranties)

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party. Key third-party services include:

  • Paddle: Payment processing and subscription management
  • Email service providers: For signal delivery and notifications
  • Cloud infrastructure: For hosting and data processing

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemic, epidemic, power failures, internet outages, telecommunications failures, market closures, or exchange outages.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service:

  • Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at support@signaledgeai.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles
  • Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered
  • Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalEdge AI regarding the use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter hereof.

20. Waiver

The failure of SignalEdge AI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

22. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify registered users via email at least 14 days before changes take effect
  • Display a prominent notice on the Service

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
